The bits themselves are excellent quality, and I think that this bit set is one of Bosch's best products. However, the case could use some work. The latch popped off the first time I shut the case, but I was able to pop it back on. The holders for the bits are also made of cheap plastic, and probably won't last nearly as long as the bits will.
Overall a good product, and well worth the money.

IF YOU NEED SOME DECENT DRILL BITS, HERE THEY ARE. THEY HAVE A NICE SHARP POINT ON THEM AND THEY DRILL THROUGH STEEL LIKE BUTTER. BUY THEM, THEY WORK.

These bits are fantastic. I used one 3/8 inch bit to cut 24 holes in 3/16 steel almost like it was wood -- very fast. No sign of dulling. Excellent bits, but one small one was missing.

Does anyone know if these make for good wood bits? I know they're excellent for metal work from the reviews, but i've heard mixed reviews that the steep angle on the tip makes the bits grab into wood too quickly, causing chunks of wood to splinter. Anyone know otherwise?

these are very high quality bits, they are sharp and they stay sharp. I notice they have a very steep angle to them which means that they attack the material rather rapidly.
